Reservation Terms

These terms cover reserving a name at ondolly.com (or ondolly.life) before OnDolly launches. OnDolly is a product of DeepDolly Labs. By reserving, you agree to the points below.

What a reservation is

Reserving holds your chosen name (yourname.ondolly.com) for you while we build the service. A reservation is not an account, not a purchase, and does not guarantee a specific launch date, feature, price, or that any particular name will ultimately be available.

Paid at launch, with an early-reserver offer

OnDolly will be a paid service when it launches. Reserving now costs nothing. Early reservers will be offered a promotional founding-member rate at activation. The exact price, offer, and terms will be shown to you before you pay anything — you are never charged automatically by reserving.

Rights reserved

DeepDolly Labs may change, pause, or withdraw availability, names, features, pricing, and promotional offers at its discretion, and may decline or cancel a reservation (for example, reserved, abusive, impersonating, or infringing names). If we cannot honor a reservation, we will let you know.

Your conduct

Reserve a name you have a genuine right to use. Do not reserve names that impersonate others, infringe trademarks, or are unlawful.
